We started Facetheory in 2015 because we wanted to find a better, fairer way of doing skincare - skincare that works, that’s vegan, and that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

We blend the best of nature and science to transform skin for the better. Our goal is for everyone to feel beautiful in their skin, so they can get on with their lives: we worry about their skin, so they don’t have to.

We believe that beauty shouldn't cost the earth or causes harm to people, animals or the planet, which is why we're Leaping Bunny and PETA approved.

Leaping Bunny is recognised as the international gold standard for cruelty-free products, and we adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited in line with Leaping Bunny requirements.

Our packaging policy

When it comes to our packaging policy, we're completely phasing out single-use plastic, with most of our products 95% now available in amber glass jars with aluminum caps, or in 100% aluminum tubes that are easy to recycle. We deliver to more than 100 countries, and all of our delivery packaging is biodegradable. We also always use the minimum we need to protect your order when it's sent out from our headquarters in Sheffield, UK. You can find our full sustainability policy here.
