Pomegranate Oil is a rich hydrating oil with a unique fatty acid content. Facetheory pomegranate oil has over 70% punicic acid (unique to pomegranate oil) and is super-hydrating for dry skin and chapped and cracked hands and feet. We found it not-dissimilar to Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour night cream in terms of its hydrating ability (and without such a distinctive smell).
Sensitive, dry, and combination skin. Great for dry hands and good as an overnight face oil.
Punica granatum (pomegranate) seed oil (organic), Punica granatum (pomegranate) co2 extract, Tocopherol (1% naturally derived)
|Fatty acids||Punicic - 73%

Wish it was food grade because I like a couple of drops in my tea. Can't do that with this. That being said, this is a lovely oil for hands and feet. Also works well a little bit mixed in conditioner. Not a fan of the glass dropper. A pump or an internal cap with a small hole would be more convenient and hygienic
Very good natural moisturiser which works better than any of them expensive creams out there.
This oil is amazing! It takes a few minutes to absorb into the skin, and then leaves skin soft and mousturised all day. I started using it in UK winter, which usually makes my skin very dry and sore. I used various oils for years instead of creams, and this is the best I have ever used. I am an addict within 2 weeks and am buying more for sure! I need to find a small bottle so I can have some as a handbag essential + and I may try adding some rose and frankincense oil to it. I love this product!
Such a brilliant face oil. My skin looks & feels so healthy!!! I will definitely buy again ;)
Quite a thick oil, so use sparingly, but good for face and body...
My third purchase & this time i bought 2, best product I've ever tried for my face. Even though it's fairly viscous it sinks in leaving no trace on my skin. A miracle worker!
Love it but find the bottle a bit Messy may need to change top
Lovely way to remove make up without being harsh on the skin.
Great product, just to be used at night as too heavy for daytime.
I like this oil. I use it to add to foot cream, moisturiser and body cream. My only complaint is the dropping pipette, it's absolutely dire. It doesn't hold enough liquid and what liquid it does hold, drips straight out. I thought it might be just a bad bottle but the second bottle was the same. So I decant it to a used bottle of rosé hip oil.
This oil feels very enriching. A little goes a long way. A nice treat for my skin at the end of the day and works well on dry areas before makeup application too. Has been very good for my daughters ezcema spots as well
Very thick oil, however, does spread well after warming in palm of hands - a few drops is only required. I very dry skin and the oil soaks into the skin, leaving my skin moisturised.
Like everyone else right now, I am loving using oils on my dry aging skin. Other than Baobab and Marula oils bought elsewhere, this was my 3rd oil purchase from facetheory. I bought it for the "plumping" effects it is marketed as. However I have not noticed any pumping. But it does leave the skin smooth and looking fresh the next morning. Too heavy to use as a day oil under make up and a funky scent which is ok and would not deter me from using it. I mix it with the other two oils from face theory. Maybe using it neat would give more plumping, but i need the anti dryness effect the Tamanu oil ( my fave) gives. The dropper on my bottle is defective and won't load properly, which I noticed another reviewer had mentioned. Maybe a batch issue? My other FT oils are fine.
Love this oil! Thick and nourishing for an overnight skin quench or mixed with body lotion after a shower with neat o applied on dry patches.
Downsides first: This oil is very thick and I've found it difficult avoid accidental drips or leaving it with a drop running down the side of the bottle. It's made a mess of my dressing table. It also has a strong smell of slightly over-ripe fruit that not everyone is going to love. I do suppose though that these downsides are both part of using a natural organic oil. Upsides then: My skin loves it! I use Pomegranate Oil as a night moisturiser and it sinks in beautifully. My skin is soft with even tone, no breakouts and definitely reduced signs of aging. Several times in the last few weeks I have had my age guessed at 30-35. I'm 43. Thank you Face theory!
